Position Overview

The Marketing Campaigns Intern will support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and event-based channels. Looking for a motivated individual looking to gain real-world experience in branding, promotions, partnerships, and performance analysis within a fast-paced, service-driven business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for events, client activations, and vendor promotions

  • Support social media campaigns (content scheduling, captions, engagement tracking)

  • Help coordinate promotional materials (flyers, menus, email campaigns, digital assets)

  • Assist with vendor and client marketing coordination (logos, brand guidelines, approvals)

  • Track campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, attendance, conversions)

  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis

  • Support email marketing campaigns and client communications

  • Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels

  • Assist with on-site event marketing when needed (photos, short videos, live content)

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools

  • Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights)

  • Interest in food, events, hospitality, or experiential marketing

Schedule & Compensation

  • Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time depending on availability)

  • Internship may be paid or unpaid depending on program requirements

  • Graduating year between 2026 – 2030

  • Availability for at least 20 hours per week

  • Starting May 2026, until September 2026

  • Hybrid / in-office / on-site event opportunities available
